Quick answers to the most common questions about Orbex Studio.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes, but it depends on the plan. Starter Setup includes 1 day of post-delivery support, Premium Setup includes 3 days, and Complete Optimisation includes 3 days. Review Plan and Bot Development do not include post-delivery support by default. Anything beyond the included support window is treated as additional work and discussed separately.
Can I see examples of past work?
Yes. We have live preview servers set up for both the Starter and Premium server setup plans so you can explore them before deciding. Invite links are available in our main Discord server.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Each plan includes a set number of free revisions within a time window, so if something doesn't feel right after delivery, that's what revisions are for. If you're unsatisfied beyond the revision window, reach out via a ticket and we'll do our best to sort it out. We care about the quality of our work and won't just leave you hanging.
Can I cancel my order after paying?
If work has not started yet, your upfront payment is refundable. Note that exchange or transaction fees may be deducted depending on the payment method used. Once work has started, refunds are no longer possible. See our Payment & Refund Policy for full details.
Do I need coding knowledge to use a bot built by Orbex?
No. Bots we build using BotForge are designed so that clients can maintain them without deep coding knowledge. In most cases you only need to set values like your bot token and a few environment variables. Nothing more.
Do you host the bot for me?
No, bot hosting is not included in our service. Once the bot is delivered, you are responsible for hosting it yourself. If you're unsure where to start, feel free to ask in a ticket and we can point you in the right direction.
How long does it take to get a response after opening a ticket?
We aim to respond to all tickets as soon as possible. Response times may vary depending on workload, but we'll always acknowledge your ticket and keep you updated.
